Video Canine Behavioural Consultations

Mike is pleased to offer video based consultations via Skype.

Before booking a session below, please ensure you fill in the following forms:

1. Canine Behaviour pre-assessment Form – this is needed for all consultations
2. Aggression assessment questionnaire – this is only needed if your dog has any aggression issues (in addition to the pre-assessment questionaire)

These forms enable Mike to start to get a picture of the problem/s he can help you with.
