Mike is The Canine Behaviourist. Mike has helped many dogs over the years, without formal qualifications (just using his experience and, of course, unpaid).
However, he has now studied Canine Behaviour to a high level and now holds the Advanced Diploma in Canine Behaviour Management (ADipCBM). Subjects studied:

Ziggy Canine support specialist
Ziggy is the resident canine support specialist.
She has been rescued twice so brings a unique understanding of the needs of a rescue dog.
She supports Mike by working closely with the dogs we are trying to help.
She brings a calm, but shaggy, head to behaviour sessions.
